To Enter your Aged Balance Date Range
1. From the Customers/Suppliers window, select the customers you require and click Aged.
The Aged Balances Date Defaults window appears.
2. In the Aged Balance Report Date box, enter the date you wish to use to calculate the aged balances.
3. If you only want to include payments up to a particular date, enter the date you require in the Include Payments Up To box.
Note: If you select the customers you require in the Customers window, check that the dates entered in the Aged Balance Report Date and the Include Payments Up To boxes include those selected customers.
4. Click OK.
The Aged balances window appears. You can now view your selected customersÆ aged balances.
